Family Baking: Bûche de Noël (Yule Log)
$150 per family · Up to 4 people per family
Join us for a festive, interactive baking experience where your family will learn to make and decorate a traditional French Bûche de Noël, also known as a Yule Log.
You’ll make a cocoa sponge cake, fill it with a mousse filling, and finish it with chocolate ganache and festive decorations. Learn how to roll, assemble, and decorate this beautiful holiday dessert while working together as a family.
Each family will have their own table, and all ingredients, professional kitchen equipment, and instruction are included. You’ll take home your finished Yule log to enjoy during the holidays.
No baking experience is required—just come ready to learn, have fun, and make a delicious holiday tradition together!
