In this interactive class, your teen will learn different cultures and techniques through baking.
What is taught:
Each recipe focuses on a different shaping and frying method:
Colombian Buñuelos – fritters using the scooping method
Nigerian Chin Chin – dough that is rolled, cut, and fried
