In this interactive class, your child will learn the science behind sugar cookies and how to decorate them using royal icing techniques from scratch.
What is taught:
Each component focuses on foundational baking and decorating skills:
Sugar Cookies – mixing, rolling, and cutting for clean, even shapes
Royal Icing – making icing from scratch and achieving proper consistency
Decorating Techniques – outlining, flooding, and simple design work
