Get to know the chef

Jamie Goodrich’s love for baking has been the driving force behind her career, leading her to earn an Associate of Science Degree in Baking and Pastry from The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California in San Francisco in 2015.

Since then, Jamie has traveled across the country, honing her craft in bakeries and restaurants in Texas, Michigan, California, and Oregon. Along the way, she’s learned innovative techniques and gained invaluable hands-on experience. In 2022, she stepped into the role of Head Baking Chef Instructor at Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon, where she now shares her expertise and passion with the next generation of bakers.

While cake decorating has always been her specialty, Jamie’s greatest joy lies in teaching. She’s passionate about empowering others to build confidence and grow their skills in the kitchen. Her dedication to both the craft and the community has earned her recognition, including the Chef's Night Out Best Sweet Bite award and a partnership with companies like Grand Rising Unlimited.

Whether creating stunning cakes or guiding students, Jamie is committed to turning every baking experience into something extraordinary.
