Class Policy, Attendance, & Payment
To ensure the best experience for all participants, please review our class policies:

If you are unable to attend a class, please contact Jamie Cakes at least 48 hours before the class date. This allows us time to prepare fresh ingredients and materials for every participant.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the class.

Each class requires a minimum of 4 participants. If this minimum is not met within 48 hours of the class, the class will be canceled and you will receive a full refund.

Payment Methods: Jamie Cakes only accepts payment for classes through Jamie Cakes website, unless advertised through a different venue.

Jamie Cakes at Erin’s Table offers interactive baking and decorating classes in a welcoming, fully equipped kitchen environment. These classes are designed to provide an elevated, professional experience where participants learn both technique and the “why” behind baking.
This partnership allows for expanded class offerings, including full baking processes, advanced techniques, and deeper skill development.

The location must be shared prior to booking, and a site visit may be required to confirm setup and logistics.
These classes are best for decorating-based, low-mess, minimal equipment experiences.
They require minimal setup and are ideal for event spaces, wineries, community centers, offices, and private parties up to 20 people.

Little Bakers (Ages 4–7)
Spark your child’s creativity with our Little Bakers Classes designed for ages 4–7. These hands-on sessions introduce young bakers to fun and safe baking activities like decorating cupcakes or cookies, with adult participation encouraged for guidance and support.
Each child works with all tools and ingredients provided and takes home their creations in a pastry box. These classes focus on creativity, confidence, and making lasting memories.

Junior Bakers (Ages 8–12)
Our Junior Bakers Classes are designed for ages 8–12 and introduce more advanced baking and decorating techniques in a fun, structured environment. Students learn to bake and decorate cupcakes, cookies, or bento-style cakes while building independence and confidence in the kitchen.
Each participant is guided step-by-step and takes home their creations in a pastry box. These classes focus on skill-building, creativity, and hands-on learning.

Teen Bakers (Ages 13–17)
Teen Bakers Classes are designed for ages 13–17 and focus on developing advanced baking and decorating skills in a professional kitchen setting. Students explore more detailed techniques, flavor combinations, and creative expression while building confidence and independence.
Each teen works hands-on with guided instruction and takes home their finished baked goods in a pastry box.

Team Bonding & Group Classes (Ages 18+)
Team Baking Classes are designed for groups of 6–20 people looking for a fun, interactive experience. These sessions focus on teamwork, creativity, and hands-on baking or decorating activities in a professional setting.
Groups work together under guided instruction and take home their creations in a pastry box. Pricing is tiered based on group size.
